Are you ready to join a busy and growing team? Mac4Sale Ltd, trading as Refurbmac, are looking for an Office Co-ordinator to run our UK office from home. This role is remote and has a big impact on the business.
Key Tasks:
As Office Co-ordinator you will:
Customer Support:
Emails, calls, chat and Amazon support. Fax and courier claims. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) lists. Courier companies and shipping labels as needed. Refund data maintenance and updates.
Team Work & Communication:
Timely and responsive communication during working hours. Supporting a team of 10 people. Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role you should have:
Education: Business Administration degree or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role. UK experience is desirable. Skills: Excellent written and verbal English. Management and problem solving skills. Leadership and interpersonal skills with attention to detail. Technical setup with a reliable internet connection, personal laptop and backup power.
