Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations & Front Desk Operations:
Welcome guests upon arrival and provide exceptional first impressions.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide detailed information about room rates, facilities, and hotel services.
Address guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.
Ensure all guest payments and balances are accurate at the end of each shift.
Reservations & Administration:
Manage room reservations, modifications, and cancellations using hotel systems.
Process guest payments, invoices, and refunds while maintaining financial accuracy.
Maintain accurate guest records, logs, and reports to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in coordinating guest special requests, such as room preferences and amenities.
Guest Assistance & Customer Service:
Personally greet and escort guests to their rooms for a welcoming experience.
Provide guests with information about hotel services, policies, and nearby attractions.
Handle guest complaints with patience and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and personalized service.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and security teams to enhance guest experience.
Maintain clear communication with management to address any operational issues.
Stay informed about hotel policies, promotions, and events to assist guests better.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Qualification or equivalent.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Basic computer proficiency (knowledge of hotel software preferred).
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Up to 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of Opera Systems (or similar hotel software) is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
